This painting is currently available. It is oil on canvas measuring approx. 180 cms x 160 cms. The painting depicts a scene at the fish market on the municipal beach of Zihuatanejo, Mexico, near the pier, where the local fishermen station their boats and the women sell freshly caught huachinango (red snapper), tuna, dorado (mahi-mahi) and other fish and seafood. The hills across Zihuatanejo Bay, as well as sailboats and fishing boats, can be seen in the background. It is very typical of Zihuatanejo, with Kirsti´s signature tropical colors and spirit.
